Linkedin feeds posted by incentive, recognition and related firms have increasingly featured the terms return on investment or impact in support of their efforts. Long before this trend, the Enterprise Engagement Alliance began an effort to introduce the same measurement processes used for decades around the world in total quality management to people performance management.
To accelerate this effort, the EEA earlier this year launched an impact council that set out to create formal program design and measurement processes based on the latest research.
